The Actron CP9690 Elite Review
4.5/ 5

This is a basic scanner but I bought my reading ability for the OBD1 because few current options can do that, and I have to say that it's excellent because Comprove got all the reading from a 1989 Chevrolet in a few. The only detail I found was that it was a bit expensive, but I was happy with the purchase.
