- Question: this is supposed to be compatible with IOS and android…My iphone and ipad will not see it on the bluetooth device list, android does?
Answer: I believe you need a wifi OBD for Apple products, not a bluetooth one. I have an Android and it takes both wifi and bluetooth. I am not sure why the description would even say ipad/iphone. But I might be wrong, I do not have an Apple device. - Question: Where can i find customer service contact info for a faulty odb2 device purchased 3 months ago?
