- Good customer support
No app in play store for this so it is totally worthless searched for BT MOBILE as per directions and no app found returning for refund. I wouldn’t give it any stars but had to give it 1 Edit so there seemed to be an issue with the play store and the app name. With that said they worked to fix the problem and was in contact with me I did return mine and purchased another brand at more money but would be willing to give this another try if I need another one. - Simple test to prevent getting stranded
I bought this product after being surprised by a completely dead battery on my boat. When it arrived I played with it on all my car batteries (I already replaced the boat battery) and found one that was getting weak event though the car always started with no problems. The battery shop confirmed that the battery was within 32% of its’ life. Saved me from being stranded on the road.
